2026 Miss Rodeo Norco Horseweek Contestants

Callie Mueller of South Dakota served as Miss Rodeo America 2025, representing the PRCA nationwide while traveling over 50,000 miles promoting rodeo. She earned the Appearance Award at the national pageant and previously held the title of Miss Rodeo South Dakota 2024.

Callie holds degrees in elementary and special education and credits her leadership development to Future Farmers of America and 4-H

Sierra Southerland, originally from Norco, California, is the 2025 Miss Rodeo Colorado and a Top 10 finalist at the Miss Rodeo America Pageant. She earned multiple awards including Appearance, Personality, Horsemanship, Speech, and Congeniality, along with second place on the written exam.

Cailee Roper of Brawley, California, is a lifelong horsewoman who began riding at age seven before transitioning into rodeo. She held titles including Miss California High School Rodeo and Miss Rodeo California 2024, later placing Top 10 and earning Miss Congeniality at the Miss Rodeo America Pageant.

Luis Torres began his riding career at 17, competing in Charro and roughstock events after growing up around horses and cattle. After earning an Associate of Arts in Cardiology and spending years in cardiac critical care, he transitioned to pursue his passion for training horses.

Now a professional trainer and owner of LT Quarter Horses, Luis has built a successful program for non-pro and open comp
